    季節の移ろい

    神納川で採れた鮎です。鮎は川によって香り・味が変わります。
    このあたりは川が綺麗なため、おいしい鮎が釣れるということで、他府県からの釣り客も増えています。
    秋の訪れとともに、鮎の季節も終わりになってきましたが、栗やきのこ秋野菜など旬のおいしい食材が楽しみです。

    台風一過。山奥に秋の気配がしみわたり始めます。

     

    こんにちは！原木椎茸栽培を奈良県十津川村の山奥で営む～isao茸～農園です。台風も無事過ぎ去り、日中も過ごしやすい気温になってきました。静かに秋が深まっています。

    淡い天色をたたえた秋空の下、椎茸の世話にも力が入ります。

     

    先日は原木の本伏せをしました。植菌が終了した原木は菌糸の活着を図るため、ほだ木を棒積みにしてあります。種駒の場合は種菌を打ち込んだ部分が白く発菌した頃を目安とし、風通りを良くし成長を促すために組み直します。直径30ｃｍ、腰に並ぶ程度の丸太をより適切な場所へお引越ししました。

     

    これからの椎茸の成長が楽しみです。
