椎茸育成期間中！

手間隙ということにおいて、原木椎茸栽培は、植菌から収穫まではなんと1年半から2年程時間が掛かってしまいます。
また栽培に必要な原木は植林してから20年程も時間が掛かっています。

一方、菌床栽培は10週から12週程度の時間しか掛かからず、供給という面から考えると安定していると言えます。

 

なぜ、時間と労力のかかる原木栽培にこだわるのか？
それは、生産された椎茸の味・歯ごたえ・香りは、菌床栽培のものと比較すれば別格だからです。 樹の養分をじっくりと蓄えて育ててこそ、本来の肉厚で身が締まったものになるが故の、必要な”時間”なのです。

現在収穫に向けて鋭意！育成中です！
